The hotel offers spacious rooms with a great pool space but is overpriced for the service and quality. The service was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, from valet to housekeepers. The location is fantastic, near key attractions and a quieter area. The dining experience varies, with fantastic options in the cafe but limited daily hours. The facilities are modern and convenient.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was friendly. However, there were some TV issues. The location was convenient, and the pricing was a bit high for the area.

The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with a balcony, although facing the street which can be a bit noisy at night. The location is ideal for easy walking to dining options and close to the beach. The dining experience is convenient until 2:00 PM daily, offering excellent quality food. However, a microwave in the room could have been useful.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were well-equipped, with a consistent pineapple décor from furnishings to plates, exactly as described and kept very clean. The staff was so accommodating, from the Manager down to the cleaning crew. The location was perfect, close to Waikiki beach and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The dining experience was excellent, with abundant and high-quality options. Overall, a great value for the money.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, but the lack of a view was disappointing as I only saw the rooftops. The property definitely needs some serious updating.
